		<description>Thanks for the comment Bernie and for taking the time to read. The problem truly is nationwide and there is so much hand-washing of the situation and excuse generation going on that we are in a very chaotic and worrying predicament. People have first and foremost, responsibility for themselves but the advent of copious numbers of social workers and help groups have elevated that responsibility away from people. The resultant is a lack of common decency and respect for others coupled with &quot;well-meaning&quot; individuals/groups ignorantly acknowledging their own symptom and striving for even greater numbers to treat the situation. We didn&#039;t have them 30 years ago! Perhaps that&#039;s were I can take the next chapter of my observations...</description>
